Great rooms and cleanliness. the view from the balcony was amazing. the breakfast was satisfactory and the kids loved the swimming pool and play room. Close to nice restaurants, thermal bath, and supermarkets.

Limited availability of the swimming pool and cafe during weekdays. Lunch and dinner need to be prebooked.

Amazing stay, we were there for 2 days. Nice venue, excellent location close to ski slopes and Termy and the Tatras, appreciated our stay. The breakfast was very good with plenty of food;))

Appreciated staying at the double room with mountain view and balconies. the location of the hotel was amazing, nestled in the mountains. - Not far from nice restaurants, Bukowina Termy, ski slopes, and Bialka Tatrzanska.

We had a nice weekend in the mountains. The hotel had a great breakfast and clean rooms. The comfortable beds and wonderful mountain views made our stay even better. , there was a water park just a few minutes away which was great for indoor activities on a rainy day.

The hotel was a bit outdated and the walls and doors were too thin which made it noisy. the lack of English speaking personnel made communication difficult.
